The National Revenue Agency has released a list of companies related to those sanctioned by the Magnitsky law. The list contains 64 companies related to Vasil Bozhkov, Delyan Peevski and Ilko Zhelyazkov.

The Minister of Finance Asen Vassilev told BNT that everything will be public and lists of related parties will be published on the website of the National Revenue Agency and on the website of the Ministry of Finance. He assured that if people connected with Bozhkov and Peevski appear during the inspection in the government, they will be placed in these lists of connected persons and accordingly they should be removed from their positions in the Council of Ministers.

Earlier today, it became clear that the Council of Ministers was setting up a working group in response to US sanctions. And the list of associates will include:

(a) all natural and legal persons owned, controlled or managed during the last five years by persons included in the OFAC list;

(b) all partners, shareholders, managers and members of the management and control bodies of the legal entities referred to in point "a", currently included and for the last 5 years.

c) all natural persons and legal entities, which will be established by SANS and NRA, in the course of the applied permanent measures for the identification of the degree of connection of persons with the persons from the list
