The Commission for Energy and Water Regulation submitted to the National Assembly the Annual Report on its activities in 2023

The report includes detailed information on the adopted by-laws and on the work of the Commission in the sectors of its regulatory powers - "Electricity and thermal energy", "Natural gas", "Water and plumbing services". A separate chapter presents monitoring and control activities in implementation of Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy trading market.

The report also provides information on the complaints received and the decisions made on them, the planned and extraordinary inspections carried out during the year and the sanctions imposed in case of violations. Activities in the field of access to public information, administrative services, international cooperation and other sectors are covered.
