Protesters Block Key Intersections in Sofia

Protesters blocked two intersections in downtown Sofia. Orlov Most and Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. in the area of the Presidency are closed. No traffic is allowed through these two places. SDVR patrols divert traffic and regulate traffic.

An organization has been set up for the movement of public transport on Orlov Most, the SDVR announced.On the 21st day of the protests against the Government and the Prosecutor General, at noon protesters started blocking in succession key intersections in the capital.

Two busy traffic points were first blocked in the city's centre and in the Mladost residential district. Eagles Bridge and the nearby intersection in front of Sofia University's main building were later blocked in the early afternoon.
