Bulgarian Energy Holding CEO Jacklen Cohen Resigns

Jacklen Cohen has resigned as Executive Director of the Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) EAD for personal reasons, the Bulgarian Energy Ministry said in a press release on Wednesday.

Energy Minister Temenouzhka Petkova has granted Cohen's request to be released from the Board of Directors of BEH EAD and will issue shortly an official decision to this effect in her capacity as the Cabinet member exercising the rights of the State as sole owner of the capital of the holding company.

The press release does not say who will succeed Cohen as CEO.
