The second tender under the Gas Release Program will be held on November 22
The second tender under the Natural Gas Release Program for 2022 on the platform of the Balkan Gas Hub will be held on November 22, the gas exchange and Bulgargaz announced. The offered products are aimed at ensuring security of supply in the country.
One participant and its affiliates will be able to purchase up to 35% of the total. The agreed minimum participation quantity is 24 megawatt hours for each day of the delivery period for each relevant product.
The quantities that Bulgargaz will offer under the Delivery Exemption Program in 2022 at the auction on November 22, 2021 are the unsold quantities from the auction held on November 15, 2021, distributed by months as follows:

According to the Agreement on the Gas Release Program, the public supplier, represented by Bulgargaz EAD, also determines the starting price for the tenders, which will be held on November 22, 2021 of BGN 94.61 / MWh. It includes, as it is formed in accordance with item 12 of the Agreement and includes: the price of entrance to the national gas transmission network approved by the EWRC; conditional fixed costs; variable costs; the "obligations to society" component; costs to VTT.
The next tender under the Gas Release Program is scheduled for November 29. It will sell the unpurchased quantities of the annual product offered at the auction on November 22. Also an auction for twelve monthly products in the amount of the unpurchased quantities of the monthly products offered in the previous auction.
Within the framework of the auction planned for December 13, twelve monthly products will be offered in the amount of the unpurchased quantities from those offered at the auction on November 29.
Every second Monday of the month preceding the month of physical delivery, there will be an auction for the quantities not purchased in the previous auction, offered as monthly products with even delivery.
The first tender under the Gas Release Program for 2022 - for an annual product of 3171 gigawatt hours, representing 50 percent of the total quantity offered for 2022, and a tender for twelve monthly products, in order to ensure security of supply in The Republic of Bulgaria was held on November 15.
