The government will notify "Lukoil Neftohim Burgas" about the termination of the concession of the port terminal "Rosenets"

The government decided to notify "Lukoil Neftohim Burgas" AD about the termination of the Agreement for granting a concession on the port terminal "Rosenets", part of a public transport port of national importance in Burgas.

The concession contract was terminated by the amendment of § 2, para. adopted by the National Assembly. 1 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the Law on Control of Implementation of Restrictive Measures in View of Russia's Actions Destabilizing the Situation in Ukraine.

The government decision was adopted in absentia.
