The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) publishes the results when 100% of the protocols of the sectional election commissions (SEC) have been processed in the municipal election commissions (MEC) in 26 regional cities.

These are Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Varna, Vidin, Vratsa, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Lovech, Kardjali, Kyustendil, Montana, Pazardjik, Pernik, Pleven, Plovdiv, Razgrad, Ruse, Targovishte, Silistra, Sliven, Smolyan, Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Shumen and Yambol.

In eight of them, there will be no runoff, as there is a winner already in the first round. These are Burgas, Vratsa, Montana, Yambol, Stara Zagora, Pernik, Kardjali and Targovishte.

Vasil Terziev from the PP-DB and Vanya Grigorova from the BSP are going to the runoff in Sofia, according to the data of the Central Election Commission, with 100% of the protocols processed. Terziev received 31.80% of the voters' votes, with 119,121 people voting for him.

80,875 voters voted for Grigorova, which is 21.59% of the voters.

Election day in Sofia ended with a voter turnout of 35.9%. 379,750 people cast their vote out of a total of 1,100,000 eligible voters. They exercised their right to vote in a total of 1,586 regular sections, 20 movable and 34 official.

The processing of the protocols in Sofia continued last night as well, at 7 p.m. it was at 99.18%. However, the results are such that it is already clear the two who will face each other in the runoff - the candidates of "Continuing the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" Vasil Terziev and Vanya Grigorova, nominated by the local coalition "BSP for Bulgaria". 31.82% of the citizens of Sofia or 118,138 people voted for Terziev, and 21.58% or 80,132 people voted for Grigorova. Almost 14,000 fewer people decided to trust GERB-SDS candidate Anton Hekimyan, who received 17.84 percent.

Blagoevgrad

In Blagoevgrad, with 100% processed protocols, Ilko Stoyanov, nominated by an initiative committee, received 27.07%. In second place is Metodi Baikushev, nominated by the "Continuing the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" coalition, with 21.75%.

Burgas

In Burgas, with 100% processed protocols, Dimitar Nikolov, the current mayor of the city and a candidate of GERB, received 60.49 percent of the vote. Kostadin Bachiiski ("Middle European Class") receives 9.09% support.

Varna

In Varna, with 100% of processed protocols, GERB candidate Ivan Portnih received 26.57% of the votes. Blagomir Kotsev from the "Continuing the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" coalition will appear in the runoff with him with 21.56% support.

Veliko Tarnovo

In Veliko Tarnovo, with 100% processed protocols, Daniel Panov (GERB) won 42.37% of the votes, and Yordan Terziyski from the coalition "Continuing the change - Democratic Bulgaria" - 20.97%.

Vidin

In Vidin, with 100% processed protocols, Tsvetan Tsenkov from the local coalition SDS (NDSV, "Novoto vreme") received 37.41% of the votes. In second place is Alexander Mateev (GERB) with 19.18%.

Vratsa

In Vratsa, with 100% processed protocols, GERB candidate Kalin Kamenov won 67.01% of the votes, and Krasimir Bogdanov from the local coalition "VMRO - BND (NDSV, "BSD - Euroleft", KOD)" came second with 7.69 %.

Gabrovo

In Gabrovo, with 100 percent processed protocols in the OIC, Tanya Hristova from GERB received 47.17 percent of the vote, followed by Daniel Petrov ("Vazrazhdane") with 11.44 percent of the votes.

Dobrich

In Dobrich, with 100% processed protocols, Yordan Yordanov from the local coalition DBG received 27.21%, Krasimir Nikolov from GERB - 21.88%.

Kurdzhali

In Kardzhali, with 100% processed protocols, DPS candidate Errol Myumyun won the elections with 60.25%. In second place is Nikola Chanev, nominated by GERB, with 14.51% support.

Kyustendil

In Kyustendil, with 100% processed protocols, the candidate of the local GERB coalition, Petar Paunov, received 28.45% support, and second was Ognyan Atanasov, nominated by the "Green Party" with 25.99%.

Lovech

In Lovech, with 100% processed protocols, Valentina Nedyalkova (GERB-SDS) leads with 30.1 percent, followed by Stracimir Petkov, supported by "There is such a people" ("Bulgarian Rise"), with 19.26% of the ballots.

Montana

In Montana, with 100% processed protocols, the election was won by Zlatko Zhivkov from the local coalition SDS with 62.70 percent of the vote. Second is Petar Petrov from "Vazrazhdane" with 14.70 percent.

Pazardzhik

In Pazardzhik, with 100% processed protocols, the first is Todor Popov from the local coalition "New Time" with 39.31%, followed by Petar Kulenski from the coalition "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" with 16.17 percent of the votes.

Pernik

In Pernik, with 100% of the protocols processed, the candidate of the "Movement for the Prosperity of Pernik" Stanislav Vladimirov won the election in the first round with 79.32% support. Stanislav Stoynev from the "Bulgarian Union for Direct Democracy" came second with 6.56% of the votes.

Pleven

In Pleven, with 100% processed protocols, the most support receives Valentin Hristov from GERB - 19.44%. Second is Georg Spartanski from the Initiative Committee with 18.38% support.

Plovdiv

In Plovdiv, with 100% processed protocols, the GERB candidate Kostadin Dimitrov received 33.72% of the votes. Second is Ivaylo Staribratov from the coalition "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" with 17.9%.

Razgrad

In Razgrad, with 100% processed protocols of the sectional commissions, Miroslav Grancharov from the coalition "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria" received 23.7% of the votes, followed by the independent candidate Dobrin Dobrev with 18.8%.

Ruse

In Ruse, with 100% processed protocols, Pencho Milkov, nominated by the local coalition "BSP for Bulgaria", received 37.06%. In second place is the GERB candidate Ivan Ivanov with 15.29%.

Silistra

In Silistra, with 100% processed protocols of the sectional commissions, the independent candidate for mayor Alexander Sabanov received 46.67% of the votes, followed by the GERB candidate Ivelin Ivanov with 35.52% support.

Sliven

In Sliven, with 100% processed protocols in OIC, Stefan Radev (GERB) leads with 37.66%, followed by Plamen Stoyanov from the "Direct Democracy" party with 21.73%.

Smolyan

In Smolyan, with 100% processed protocols, Nikolay Melemov (GERB) received 26.41% of the votes, followed by Stefan Sabrutev from "Movement Our City" with 20.59%.

Stara Zagora

In Stara Zagora, with 100% processed protocols, GERB candidate Zhivko Todorov received 55.64% of the votes, and Iskra Mihailova from "Vazrazhdane" - 13.09%.

Targovishte

In Targovishte, with 100% of processed protocols, GERB candidate Darin Dimitrov received 69.09% of the votes, and independent candidate Radoslav Boychev - 13.15%.

Haskovo

In Haskovo, with 100% processed protocols, the GERB candidate Stanislav Dechev received 47.72 percent of the votes, and in second place was Nikolay Stavrev, independent, with 20.08 percent of the votes.

Shumen

In Shumen, with 100% processed protocols, the "BSP for Bulgaria" candidate Hristo Hristov received 26.74% of the votes, and Georgi Kolev from GERB - 21.56%.

Yambol

In Yambol, with 100% processed protocols, the winner of the vote is Valentin Revanski from "Direct Democracy" with 79.15%, followed by Georgi Slavov "Bulgarian New Democracy" with 6.11 percent.
