The autumn campaign for outsourced offices of ENERGO-PRO has started

Today, October 8, the visit of teams of Customer Service specialists to small settlements in North-Eastern Bulgaria as part of the ENERGO-PRO "Оutsourced Offices" campaign began. Its autumn edition will last until October 18 and customers will be served in a total of 4 cities - Provadia, Kavarna, Tryavna and Sevlievo, and the teams will be in each town for 2 working days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The campaign for outsourced offices is organized annually in the service of ENERGO-PRO customers residing in settlements where the company does not have a Customer Center. Thus, visitors to mobile receptions can use various services without having to travel to nearby regional towns. The company's specialists will provide assistance to each customer regarding the change of lot holder, connection of a new object to the electricity distribution network and other services that do not require cash payment. It is necessary for the client to present an identity document and a document certifying the ownership of the property to which the relevant service applies.
